BY CLICKING "I ACCEPT," DOWNLOADING AN CDEALS MOBILE APPLICATION, ACCESSING, BROWSING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING THE PRIVACY POLICY, AND ANY ADDITIONAL TERMS OR FUTURE MODIFICATIONS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "TERMS").

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, YOU MAY NOT USE OR ACCESS THE SERVICES IN ANY MANNER.

1. General Terms

1. You must be at least 13 years old to register for and use our Services. In addition to being of the minimum required age to use our Services under applicable law, if you are not old enough to have authority to agree to our Terms in your country or territory, your parent or guardian must agree to our Terms on your behalf. Please ask your parent or guardian to read these Terms with you.
2. The Company has the rights to change the price of the CDEALS mobile app any time.
3. Product prices and savings are subject to change based on each store decision; we provide no warranty or guarantee.
4. Return policy for each store differs; we provide no warranty or guarantee.
5. Due to misprints or technical, mechanical, or human error, we may, from time to time, have to terminate or correct an offer to provide better service. We do not warrant that the Site Materials (including without limitation product descriptions or photographs) are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.
6. Any abuse or threatened abuse of other users of the Service or of Company personnel will result in immediate account termination.
7. This Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company and supersedes any and all previous agreements, written or oral, between you and the Company, including previous versions of the Terms of Service.
8. These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to principles of conflicts of law. You and the Company each agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service will be filed only in the state or federal courts in and for San Francisco County, California, and hereby consent and submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.

2. Modification to Service

1. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service for any reason, with or without notice. Please check the Terms periodically for changes.

3. Prohibited Conduct

By using the service, you agree not to submit to CDEALS purchase information that is false, inaccurate, fabricated, counterfeited, tampered with, adjusted, or otherwise artificial or inauthentic.

4. Ownership and Copyright

Except as otherwise indicated, the Services, and all text, images, marks, logos and other content contained in or communicated using the Services, including, without limitation, the CDEALS logo and all designs, text, graphics, pictures, information, data, other files, and the selection and arrangement thereof (collectively, the "Content") are the property of Dreamsland INC.

Dreamsland INC. ("we" or "us") owns and operates the CDEALS mobile application and this Privacy Policy describes the information we collect, how we use and protect it and the choices you can make about your information.
